Reseat your graphics card
1. | Turn off your PC. |
2. | Unplug your PC from mains power, as well as any peripheral devices. |
3. | Lay your PC down on its back. |
4. | Unscrew the thumb screws at the rear of the case. |
5. | Remove the side panel from your case. |
6. | Locate your video card. |
7. | Unplug the PSU cable from the top of your video card by pushing down on the clip and pulling it away. |
8. | Locate the screws attaching your graphics card to your case. |
9. | While holding it secure, unscrew it from the rear of the case. |
10. | Locate the clip on the PCIe slot that the graphics card is sat in. |
11. | Press down on the clip, still holding the card, and pull the card away from the motherboard. |
12. | Check the video card for damage. |
13. | Reseat it by pressing the card back into the PCIe slot until you hear or feel a click. |
14. | Re-screw your card to the back of the case. |
15. | Plug the PSU cable back into your graphics card. |
16. | Place the side panel back onto your PC, and reattach the thumb screws. |
17. | Plug the power supply cables back in. Make sure you take care to plug the cable back in securely. |

- Open the link above.
