Complete the initial startup

1.From the startup screen, set your desired country or region and select Yes.
2.Set your desired keyboard layout and select Yes.
3.If you'd like to add a second keyboard layout, select Add layout. Otherwise, select Skip.
4.Select your network and then select Connect.
5.Enter the security key and select Next.
6.Once connected to a network, select Next.
7.Read the Licence Agreement and select Accept when you're happy.
8.On this screen, you can give your device a name. If you'd like to skip this, select Skip for now. If you want to name your device, enter the desired name and then select Next. Your device will restart, but setup will continue.
9.On this screen, you have the option to add a Microsoft account. A Microsoft account is needed to access Microsoft apps and services. If you've already got a Microsoft account, enter your email address and then select Next. If you need to create one, tap Create one!.
10.Enter your Microsoft account password and select Sign in.
11.Select Create PIN.
12.Enter and re-enter a memorable PIN to sign into your device. When you're happy, select OK.
13.On this screen, you have the option to restore from a previous backup on your device or set up as a new device. For this example, select Set up as a new device and select Next.
14.On this screen, you have the option to share your location with Microsoft apps and services. Select your desired option and then select Accept.
15.On this screen, you have the option to enable or disable Find my device. Select your desired option and select Accept.
16.On this screen, you have the option to send diagnostic data to Microsoft. Select your desired option and then select Accept.
17.On this screen, you have the option to improve inking and typing. Select your desired option and then select Accept.
18.On this screen, you have the option to get tailored experiences with diagnostic data. Select your desired option and then select Accept.
19.On this screen, you have the option to let apps use your advertising ID to provide you with more relevant adverts. Select your desired option and then select Accept.
20.On this screen, you have the option to customize how you're going to use your device. Select your desired options and then select Accept. If you would like to skip this, select Skip.
21.On this screen, you have the option to choose where you'd like your files to be saved. For this example, select Only save files to this PC.
22.On this screen, you have the option to trial Office apps with Microsoft 365. For this example, select Decline.
23.On this screen, you have the option to purchase more cloud storage. For this example, select Decline.
